Important Notes:

• All exchanges and returns must be informed within 7 days of delivery.
• Exchanges are available in cases of size issues or if you received the wrong product.
• We offer a free exchange for the same product in a different size or the correct item of the same value.
• If the new product’s value is higher, the price difference must be paid online before dispatch.
• The item must have its original tag/sticker label, be neatly folded, and packed securely to avoid damage during transit.

Refund Policy:

• Refunds are issued only for defective or damaged products.
• WhatsApp us at +91-6362135711 with your order details, issue description, and photos of the defective product.
• In special cases (no defect, but return accepted), ₹100 might be deducted as a reverse shipping charge.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or a provided bank account.
• Colour/design may slightly vary from images due to lighting or screen display; such variations are not eligible for refunds.
• Do not accept damaged packages upon delivery.
• Products used or washed once cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• Items bought during a sale or with discount codes are not eligible for a refund.
• One exchange/return request will be processed per order.
