Shipping Policy

• Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 working hours.

• Delivery usually takes 5–8 working days within India (depending on location and external factors such as holidays or weather).

• In remote areas (like Jammu & Kashmir, Northeast India), delivery may take up to 10 working days.

Delivery Partners:
We ship via Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, and Ecom Express, depending on your pincode serviceability.

If tracking shows delivered but product not received:

• Check with family members, neighbours, or office reception first.

• If still not received, contact us within 48 hours of the “delivered” status.

• After verification, we’ll investigate with our courier partner (may take up to 10 working days).

• Reports beyond 48 hours cannot be claimed for refund.
